Due to roadworks in the historic center and Getsemaní area, pick-up services at hotels in this zone are disabled. It's more convenient to reach the nearby meeting point. We'll send details in the confirmation email.
Due to a natural phenomena caused by the rainy season and winds, from july to november the color of the water at Isla del Encanto changes during the morning.
The departure time, authorized by the port captain is 9am, with the boat leaving the island to return to Cartagena between 2:30pm and 3pm, depending on the sea conditions. The boat will return to the docks somewhere between 4pm and 4:30pm.
Depending on the sea conditions, the captain may decide to return to Cartagena earlier than scheduled for safety reasons
